Common Issues

Audio does not play

Check that your device is not muted, browser audio is allowed, and Low Power Mode is not blocking playback. If a single card has missing or incorrect audio, email support with the lesson name and phrase.

Sign-in or progress looks wrong

Refresh the app, confirm you are signed in with the same account, and try again on a stable connection. If progress is still missing, contact support with the email address used for sign-in.

A translation or pronunciation seems wrong

Haki is actively improving its Levantine Arabic curriculum. Send the phrase, the lesson name, and what you believe should be changed.
